I have wanted to start a blog for a very long time. I did some research, and I just got sucked into a tailwind of clicking the next link or refreshing my page. So, I just decided to go for it, learn, tweak and fix things as I go! With that out of the way, I will tell you about myself. I am an Army brat, who was born in Colorado, but don't remember it. My Mother is half Filipino, half Alaskan Indian. My father is a mutt; a mix of french, russian, polish, and a baby toes worth of Passamaquoddy Indian....So, that also makes me a mutt. I usually only claim my mother's ethnicity. I am a almost 40 year old momma of two. My daughter will be 21 this year, and my son will be 16! Most days I wonder how any of us have survived all these years. ..then on days like today, I am reminded of how hard my husband and I have worked to get here! Nathan, my husband, and I met in High school. Neither of us have any intention on ever being apart; codependency is something we are working on.
